The decisive factor for a disadvantage is the result, but not the motive. <em>soft power<\/em> does not tolerate any form of discrimination, favouritism, hurtful language, abuse, exclusion and offensive behaviour based on gender, ethnicity, religion, origin, skin colour, religious belief, sexuality, gender identity, socio-economic class, caste, disability or age. We do not accept sexism, racism, colourism, homophobia, biophobia, interphobia, transphobia, anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, fascism, ageism, ableism, and\/or other intersectional forms of discrimination. <br><br>Furthermore, we do not tolerate any violence, abuse or harassment of a verbal, physical, sexual or other nature towards our visitors, guests, project participants and our team at our events. In case of violation of this Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to withdraw or deny access to our premises to any person.
