Anti-discrimination

Discrimination is the disadvantaging of people on the basis of a characteristic worthy of protection, such as gender, ethnic origin, age, disability, sexual identity or religion. The decisive factor for a disadvantage is the result, but not the motive. soft power does not tolerate any form of discrimination, favouritism, hurtful language, abuse, exclusion and offensive behaviour based on gender, ethnicity, religion, origin, skin colour, religious belief, sexuality, gender identity, socio-economic class, caste, disability or age. We do not accept sexism, racism, colourism, homophobia, biophobia, interphobia, transphobia, anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, fascism, ageism, ableism, and/or other intersectional forms of discrimination.

Furthermore, we do not tolerate any violence, abuse or harassment of a verbal, physical, sexual or other nature towards our visitors, guests, project participants and our team at our events. In case of violation of this Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to withdraw or deny access to our premises to any person. We encourage all visitors, guests and project participants to report incidents directly on site or in writing to the soft power team.
